What we collect

When you request a personal reply, we collect your first name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, question, shopping country, chosen product interest, submission time and consent wording. A supplied phone number may be used to call you about your enquiry. Non-sensitive campaign tags may also be saved if you arrive from an advertisement. Please do not submit medical information.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your product or ordering enquiry. Submitting the form does not place an order or enroll you in a newsletter or subscription.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-backed database, which may process information outside your country. Authorized access is through a protected consultant inbox. The configured email service (Resend, or FormSubmit during the transition) sends a generic email alert with an inbox link; that alert contains no customer details. Your contact information, language and question stay in the protected inbox.

Your choices

You can ask to stop replies, correct your information or delete your enquiry by emailing ptwalper@gmail.com. We retain an enquiry while following up unless you request deletion; records are not automatically erased.

Orders

Product links open the Immunotec replicated store for Top Gun Ventures Corp. Immunotec handles accounts, checkout, payment, shipping and returns under its own terms and privacy policy. We may earn a commission on purchases.

Website measurement

This site currently loads no third-party advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Basic hosting logs may be processed to operate the site. Any future advertising measurement will be described here when it is configured.
